Our analysis shows the older age groups of 35 to 64 have the highest retention. Surprisingly, the 60 to 64 age group have a higher retention rate than the 30 to 34 age group until the sixth year of tenure. At this point, many of the 60 to 64 age group would be considering retirement if not already retired.
